Smoking is a social ritual that our ancestors and cultures around the world have passed down generation after generation.  In numerous ancient cultures, smoking played a central role and was associated with numerous meanings.  Over the centuries, smoking has been used for religious rituals, ceremonial purposes, medicine for its potential healing properties, increasing connectedness to nature in others and of course, for enjoyment and relaxation.

Our blends are additive and nicotine free and are not mind altering.  They can help reduce the cravings of smoking cigarettes and other addictive substances and have even become a useful aid to quit.  It is important to note that they are not supposed to be inhaled into the lungs but rather held and savored in the mouth.  A flavor kick, a relaxant, an uplifting boost...

Our herbal and floral blends can be smoked in our INDA pipe necklace as well as steeped as tea, used as a soak in a tub or used as incense bags in drawers or suitcases when traveling!  There are many uses to our blends, if smoking isn't your thing.  We tested each blend to make sure they worked just as well as other uses.  In fact, we no longer buy tea as our steeped blends have become a favorite in our house and studio!

All of our herb and flowers are grown for us organically on a family owned production farm in Vermont.  Below is a breakdown of some of the ingredients we feature in our blends and their healing properties :
