INDA Hemp + Sage Honey Recipe pairings

It's clear that honey is extremely beneficial for our health in it's own right (antioxidant, antibacterial, inflammatory and even boosts memory),  but paired with CBD, it becomes a Healing Powerhouse.  It's a no brainer that this honey deserves a place in your medicine cabinet AND your kitchen cupboard! 

Not just to be enjoyed in our herbal tea blends (although this is our favorite pairing), read on to discover fun ways to integrate your medicated INDA Hemp + Sage Honey into cooking! 
 
Start your mornings with a yummy acai bowl
 

prep total 

  • 1 cup (155 g) frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana (peel it before you freeze it)
  • 4 teaspoons unsweetened acai powder
  • 1 cup (250 ml) almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (40 g) chia seeds.
  • Fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of Crunchy Paleo Granola to serve
  • 1 Tablespoon of INDA Hemp + Sage Honey
 
Liven up a fresh salad , like this Pear + Brie Salad with Honey Champagne Vinaigrette

prep total 

The Salad

  • 4 cups baby field greens
  • 2 pears, thinly sliced 
  • 1- 8 oz round brie cheese, thinly sliced (4-6 slices per salad)
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup raw pecans 

Honey Champagne Vinaigrette: 

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Champagne Vinegar
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T minced shallots
  • 1 Tablespoon of INDA Hemp + Sage Honey
  • 1 pinch sea salt 
  • Sprinkle of freshly ground pepper
Drizzle it on flat bread pizza
